The glass eye at the end of this spoon is full of meticulously crafted details. The iris has tons of intricate striations. It has been coated with colored glass powder and was fumed with silver (for color changing). This one also has a pair of horns, which were done with a deep red color that was coated with Illuminati (which glows under black light). It was made with high quality, durable borosilicate (Pyrex) glass and kiln annealed. The lighter in the last photo is a standard sized Bic.

There's a photo floating around online that supposedly shows before and after of a glass eye pipe where the eye turns red when you smoke out of it. It's a fake. If you look closely at the details you can tell that it's really two separate pipes. There is no glass that will turn red when you heat it with a lighter.
