This beautiful, vibrant giraffe head pipe has been meticulously sculpted to include many details. The coloring was done by coating a thick tube of clear glass with colored glass powder and silver fume (for color changing), then adding patterns of amber colored glass. After the custom colored tube was created the piece was sculpted and shaped; and the eyes, horns, etc. were added. The bowl is on the bottom, so you hold the giraffe upside down when smoking. It sits very stable upside down or right side up. When the piece is sitting right side up, most people would not guess that it's a pipe... you could keep it on your mantel, and nobody would know that you have a pipe on display.
The lighter in the last photo is a standard sized Bic. Made with high quality, durable boro (borosilicate) glass and kiln annealed.
