This beautiful, vibrant pipe is full of interesting designs and details. Starting with a cobalt (boro glass) tube, I added many separate layers of clear glass and fume (pure gold and silver metals vaporized in a flame, and bonded in a very thin layer to the glass). A great variety of colors can be achieved by varying the amount of gold and silver, and the flame chemistry. I also added stripes of UV reactive glass (which glows brightly under black light). The many stripes of fume and UV glass were twisted to create a graceful, flowing pattern of stripes. The front of the bowl is a detailed eye with tons of striations in the iris.

This was shipped and received 2 days after purchase! it looked every bit as good as it does in the pictures in real life. This guy makes one of a kind works of art, and it smokes perfectly. I will definitely be watching this store and buying more in the future.
